tahj offers a simple and convenient ten (10) day home try-on program to help you choose the perfect conflict-free engagement ring and/or wedding band. Simply choose ten (10) sample setting styles from our home try-on collection and we will ship them via UPS 2nd Day Delivery (allow 2-5 days) to you, along with a pre-paid return shipping label.
We do not ship Internationally at this time. Only one (1) home try-on package allotted per customer/address at a single time. We allow a maximum of one (1) complimentary home try-on order per customer/address. Additional home try-on orders (without a regular purchase) will incur a non-refundable $50 fee.
All samples are made from alloy metal, set with high-quality cubic zirconia stones,.
When you use our home try-on program, you agree to return all home try-on sample settings and packaging to us in their original condition on the tenth day of your try-on period, using the prepaid return label and packaging we provide. If the try-on period ends, and any of the sample settings have not been returned, or the settings are returned damaged, no refund will be provided. This also applies to sample settings that are lost or stolen.
While our sample settings accurately represent style, they in no way reflect the final quality or craftsmanship of a tahj setting. If you are even slightly impressed with the quality of our alloy samples, we guarantee you'll love the quality, beauty, and craftsmanship of your final ring.
